I got a consultation here for a deviated septum and rhinitis nose surgery, and since I was scared of implants, I came because I heard they use rib cartilage well. They were kind and answered even detailed questions thoroughly, so I think I'll probably have surgery here soon. Right now I'm still not mentally ready, so I'm putting it off.
