I heard in a plastic surgery cafe that if this clinic says you have excess skin, it really means there is excess skin, so I went for a consultation even if I did not end up having surgery, just to have it as a reference. I think it is better to prepare questions, because if you do not ask anything, the consultation can end early. The consultation manager was not overly sweet, which I actually liked.
