I went with a friend to consult about nose surgery and they were incredibly kind and explained everything well haha The consultation wait took a little while, but they also apologized for it When we went in, the doctor explained things in a calm voice, which was nice We had a specific line we wanted, and they reflected that and explained it in a customized way, which was great! My friend said she was satisfied too, so overall it was a very neat and clean consultation!
