I had a second revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, and maybe because I didn’t get greedy, I’m living comfortably with a nose that looks natural~ People occasionally ask if I had nose surgery, but when I say it’s my natural nose, they seem to just believe it. If you want to do it naturally without getting greedy, I recommend it.
