I had it done at Respect, and at first I wanted my nose to look more glamorous than my original nose.. First, because my midface is long, I wanted a shorter nose. And although my philtrum isn't long, these days the trend is a shorter midface, so I was worried about that too. My mouth corners are already somewhat upturned, but I was also considering it because I wanted to look prettier. But since I have a deviated nose, Director Gong recommended 3D silicone with donated rib cartilage. And he said, with huge confidence, that he could absolutely create the nose shape I wanted.
However.. first of all, with 3D silicone, the shape changes from the initially made shape once it goes in, and the director said I should definitely do philtrum shortening and mouth corner surgery too, saying he would make them pretty, so I did them. At first, after doing it, I was seriously so depressed. The scar under my nose was awful, and I couldn't tell whether the mouth corner surgery had even been done or not. For starters, my nose became so damn long that I looked like Squidward. The first thing I felt was, ah, this place must be good at men's noses, and when I looked on the app, they did women's noses well here and there too but they made my nose into a man's nose, so I had surgery to lower the glabella two more times, and now the inside of my nose is all crooked, so it's hard to breathe. Anyway, if I could go back, I wouldn't do it here. The price is freaking expensive, but I don't think the result is worth that price.
