I waited an hour longer than my consultation time. The waiting area chairs were truly horribly uncomfortable, so I had a very hard time.... T_T And the doctor was busy, so they looked at me rather carelessly. The consultation manager didn't know the surgery price, so they went off to ask... And when I was talking with the manager, there was supposedly no consultation room, so they had me sit in the chair in the filler procedure room while they consulted me. It was really bad T_T
