First of all, the consultation manager was so, so kind.. They treated me like an older sister, which I liked a lot. All the staff were kind, and the director was not extremely kind, but still spoke to me calmly and explained everything. I liked that they honestly told me how it would appear if I had the surgery. I got consultation for canthoplasty, and I'm still thinking about it.
