I had square jaw + chin surgery 9 years ago! First of all, the doctor seemed very professional and I felt that he performed the surgery safely. The disappointing part is the result though At the time I really wanted a smaller face, so I did not study enough and did not know better, but it ended up looking like a jaw from a cow... Anyone can see there is no angle behind the ears, and people always mention it. I honestly want to have the square jaw rebuilt
