Even though I came back many times and asked almost the same questions and discussed the same worries, they never got annoyed and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The manager was at a reasonable level, not overly friendly but also not giving off a too-capitalist vibe. I hesitated a lot about surgery itself, so in the end I did not get it, but if I were to do it, I think I could trust the doctor.
