I went for a consultation because it was famous, but it was not great. Even with a reservation, the waiting time was long. It was a clinic where my expectations were much higher when I had booked the consultation and was looking up reviews.. First of all, the consultant was kind. But the doctor’s consultation was just a repeat of what the consultant had said, and even though each patient’s eyes are different, there was no explanation at all about my eyes. They told me to ask if I had any questions, but I felt like, how can I ask questions when they had not really given me a consultation? So I left, and then immediately had a price consultation with the consultant. They do tend to pressure you about the reservation deposit, and I got the feeling that once they received the money, they would not care. It seems that being a one-doctor clinic is not automatically a good thing.
