Even though I visited quite a few times and asked almost the same questions and talked through the same concerns, he never once got annoyed and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. I think the manager was at a moderate level, neither extremely kind nor giving off a very commercial feeling. Since I hesitated a lot about the surgery itself, I ultimately didn’t get surgery, but if I do, I think I could trust the doctor.
