About 3 years ago I had partial-incision surgery and eyelid correction. During the pre-op consultation, the head consultant was so kind that I only thought of her as a really good staff member. But when a problem came up after the surgery and I asked about it, she completely changed into the opposite and acted like the surgery was over and it was not her problem anymore, which really surprised me. Even though the surgery turned out well now, as a patient who experienced surgery at this hospital directly, seeing how busy the director was and how he had no interest at all in the post-op condition made me decide that I would never recommend this hospital to people I know.
