I recommend going for the nose more than the eyes. If you listen to the head consultant, she seems to be quite confident. They really seem to pay a lot of attention to safety. It feels like they try to rule out every possible complication before the first surgery? But she is very blunt. They say they can't reduce a big nose, it's a small eye, and they suggest eyelid correction and front canthoplasty, but they do not recommend lower canthoplasty or outer-lower canthoplasty. There is a discount for app reviews. It seems they handle difficult surgeries a lot, mainly severe revisions? The nose line looked pretty, though. Nothing overly flashy, but they told me to keep the silicone at 3 with plus or minus 0.5. The angle and line are nice. I'm not sure about the eyes, honestly... They say they manage inflammation well. They say it won't happen, but anyway, please keep that in mind.
