My eyes had very weak eyelid-opening strength. Even though I don't know much about it, I could tell that they were not eyes that could be fixed with just double-eyelid surgery, and they looked like difficult eyes. So when choosing a hospital, I looked mainly for places that handled revisions or had highly experienced doctors, and even though the price was a little higher, I decided to do it at Ione. I had heard scary things like eyelid correction can cause heart palpitations or headaches if done wrong, so I was afraid of side effects, but after the surgery I had none of those issues haha.. However, maybe because the director pursues a very natural look, it ended up being too.. natural. My right eye already had weak opening strength, and now that almost a year has passed, my left and right eyes have become uneven haha... Luckily, when I called the hospital to ask, they scheduled a follow-up soon. General consultations still seem to require waiting more than a month. The after-service is 3 years, and I don't think the director is the type to say nasty things about revision surgery, so I feel at ease going there. If I have a revision surgery, I hope this time it improves the asymmetry. Oh, and the nickname for Apgujeong as the sewing machine is definitely deserved lol. It was an incision surgery, but there really is almost no scar... If your eye condition means you need an incision, I think it's worth getting a consultation once.
