I had Q-O-Fill done 2 years ago, and because I had hollow cheeks I asked them to put 4cc in my cheeks, but they only put 2 in each side cheek. Anyway, of course I was not happy with a face that had only been made wider to the side, so I demanded a refund, but they ignored me and would not even listen. Then the most senior manager*? or department head? came and said, "Do you want to meet a lawyer?" and tried to scare me. This hospital absolutely did not want to provide aftercare or a refund by KakaoTalk or phone. I wrote about what happened on various places like the Naver cafe and cosmetic surgery apps, and only then did they contact me, say they were sorry, and say they would provide aftercare. So at that time, with a soft heart, I deleted all the reviews I had written and went back to the clinic, but they only redid the filler in the area I wanted originally, and for the side cheek they kept saying they would not do aftercare or a refund and only telling me to "wait 2 weeks" ... I still do not understand why I had to wait 2 weeks for 4cc of filler that was not even injected into the area I wanted in the first place. Because they would not listen at all, I just dissolved it myself with 100,000 won because it was a waste of time, (for the aftercare filler they promised, they first asked me for money too; was it 60,000 won per 1cc? Honestly... they say it is cheap because it is aftercare, but if you go to surgery apps, that is the normal price anyway...) They even changed their story on the day itself about the peeling(?) they said they would provide and sent me away as if nothing had been said.
