Really.. the world is beautiful.. My face was beyond average; it was seriously wide and flat, my square jaw was really severe, and my front chin protruded a little, and on top of that it was long like a witch’s chin.. For the 2n years I’ve lived until now, I was really stressed and had a hard time because of it. So I made a big decision and got surgery, and maybe because there was a lot to shave down, the effect was much bigger than I expected.. My square jaw disappeared in a flash, and the length of my front chin was adjusted to a level that now looks normal (?) too. Most of all, the V-line I had always envied in others,, I was so happy that I finally had one too! People around me all say I’ve become prettier, and before I hated even looking in the mirror, but now I actively take selfies,, It differs from person to person, but through this, I realized that I’m someone whose quality of life is hugely affected by satisfaction with my appearance. Facial contouring is a major surgery since it involves general anesthesia, and it also carries a risk of side effects, but so far I’m living very satisfied with it. Thankfully, even now, just past 3 months after surgery, I don’t have any symptoms that feel like side effects. The hospital director felt trustworthy, and I’m satisfied because I think the hospital also did what they could in terms of post-op service and care, such as facial massages.. Sometimes I can’t believe I had such a major surgery where my bones were shaved down lol But so far, I do think it was a good choice.
