I went in for the consultation, and the director looked very tired.. Still, he explained things well, including what I was curious about and the method for nose surgery! But I had consultations at several places, and compared with the others it was more expensive. After the director's consultation, I talked with the manager, but the manager was very unenthusiastic and just rattled off what they wanted to say, with the feeling of 'you figure out the decision yourself.' So the consultation ended faster than I expected
