The nose I wanted had a tip that was a bit high, so after consulting, they said that with only septal cartilage or ear cartilage it might be difficult, and I thought maybe it meant surgery wasn't possible at all, but they said if I used donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, that degree would be possible. Since it was my first surgery, I still didn't really want to use autologous rib cartilage, so I decided to go with donated rib cartilage, and the director said they shaved down the dorsal hump a lot during surgery haha I listened to all kinds of explanations and went ahead with the surgery, so I made the decision cleanly without a headache haha Even though it wasn't cheap, I think it's good that the representative doctor performs the surgery personally.
