The nose I wanted had a slightly high tip, so while consulting they said that with just septal cartilage or ear cartilage it might be difficult, and I thought maybe the surgery couldn’t be done at all, but they told me it would be possible with donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. Since it was my first surgery, I still didn’t really want to use autologous rib cartilage, so I decided to use donated rib cartilage instead, and the director said they shaved down a lot of the dorsal hump during the operationㅎㅎㅎ I liked that they explained everything and then did the surgery, so I was able to decide clearly without getting a headacheㅎㅎㅎ It’s not cheap, but I think it’s good that the representative surgeon himself does the surgery.
