When I first booked the consultation, they said there might be a wait, so I said okay. But on the day itself, they called and said there would probably be a lot of waiting, so asked if they could push the time back. I said no, and then they said they would match me with the date I wanted, so I told them the date, but then they said that day was not possible. . .. Still, they were unfriendly!! T_T
