It was my first consultation, so I didn't really know what to ask. In fact, since I had not asked much, the doctor asked whether I had anything else I was curious about and told me how the surgery would proceed. But during the consultation there was no talk about reducing anything by a certain millimeter or how much could be done; instead, they asked what kind of surgery I wanted. If you go for a consultation, it seems like you should think more specifically in advance about how you want it to look, maybe with photos, so you will have something to ask about.
