No, when I first booked the consultation, they said there might be a wait, so I said okay. But on the day, they called and said there would probably be a long wait, asking if I could move the time later. So I said I couldn’t, and they said they would match the date I wanted, so I told them, but then they said that day wasn’t possible... But they were unfriendly!!
