About 5 years ago, I did not know any better and had surgery because it was cheap. At the time, they said my breasts needed round implants, but I did not listen and went with teardrop implants. Now I regret it. I should have chosen round. If you do not have upper breast volume, you need round implants. Right now, if you look only above the nipple, it does not even look like I have big breasts.
