I had a consultation at a hospital known for doing dramatic results and decided to have surgery that same day. I didn't have a specific design in mind, and I asked them to make it dramatic and high. It definitely became much higher, and I don't think it's bad, but I don't think it's pretty enough to say it turned out that well. Still, I don't regret having it done, and I'm thinking about whether to have revision surgery a few years later. Still, they did the surgery well, so I had no swelling from the beginning and was able to go about daily life very comfortably.
