During the surgery consultation, I did not feel any particular professionalism, and there was a very lack of detailed explanation or of clearly stating the basic things they absolutely should explain. Things they should proactively mention without the patient having to ask were not brought up; instead, it felt like they were just saying, "Do you have anything else to ask? If not, you can go." Their pride is enormous, but the source of that pride is questionable. They were somewhat famous for nose surgery in Gwangju, but it seemed like they were fixated on old surgical methods and on their own preferred line. The consultation manager also lacked professionalism badly and just felt like an ordinary middle-aged woman who knew nothing. I searched reviews hard and found many negative posts, but even so I went hoping it might be different, and it was just as I feared.
