I went for my first consultation because I was very stressed about my bulbous nose. The manager was extremely kind, and most importantly, she immediately picked up on my crooked nose. I didn't know it myself, but another hospital also told me my nose was crooked. The doctor was kind too, and he understood what I wanted very well. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, either. I didn't have a CT scan separately.
