I had a hump shaved down and a silicone bridge with a septal tip graft. It has been a year and there have been no particular side effects. But if I put my finger into one nostril, one side sinks in smoothly, while on the other side something lumpy sticks out so it does not go in. Anyway, since you cannot pick your nose after nose surgery, it is not a big deal. The shape became a straight nose, and at that time I was so stressed about the hump that any shape would have been fine, so I went ahead with it. Also, when someone else takes a photo of my face, the nose line looks too masculine, so if I ever have revision surgery, I think I would choose a half-curved line. The surgery itself turned out very well and I am satisfied. People say to get nose surgery in Seoul, but I do not think it is bad to do it here either. The price is on the expensive side compared with other clinics.
