I had it done in 2019, and now I am extremely satisfied, but it is the kind of place where you need to know your own design well. The doctor does not really design it for you. It was the kind of place that does the trendy nose of the time. They almost always recommend alar base reduction, with the feeling that it is a must! The consultation was not very kind, but even now, 4 years later, I am doing well without side effects. But I recommend not asking them to pull the septum out too long. When I smile, it protrudes there and kind of looks like garlic, so I was really upset. And please, this seems like a place where the truly spectacular rhinoplasty cases are a separate matter, so if your nose bridge is originally large, I do not recommend making the nose high unconditionally... please.. Go visit many clinics and think carefully about the nose shape that suits your face...•• I am satisfied now!
