And what’s really important is that you must listen to what the clinic tells you! Especially the things they tell you not to do, I think it’s best to avoid them with the mindset that you’ll never do them for the rest of your life. Things like drinking or smoking. Especially when I watch related videos, I often see cases where people got into trouble after doing things they were told not to do.
