Before <They evened out my uneven nostrils with alar lowering> Before <I only had a nasal bridge and the nasal tip was extremely droopy> After <After alar lowering> After after It’s been a little over a month since surgery. They didn’t even put cotton in, and I barely had swelling from the start, so time passed so comfortably without much to call aftercare. As the residual swelling keeps going down, the line has become much slimmer. They only used septal cartilage for the nasal tip, diced ear cartilage and did the Kojelko technique, and I also had alar lowering. I saw reviews saying that if you do alar lowering, the nose gets bulky and looks really awful, so I worried a lot, researched, and decided on this clinic. The director said that with his own method, the nose wouldn’t look bulky, so I trusted him and did it, and it’s seriously amazing. He seems like the god of alar lowering lol I really want to recommend it to people whose nostrils show a lot from the front. The swelling is going down beautifully, so I feel so good. Since it’s implant-free, I don’t have to worry about inflammation either, and I think it’s a really good surgical technique. Strong, strong, strong recommenddd❤️❤️❤️
