The interior was clean, and when I went there, there were quite a few people waiting. One thing I thought was better than other hospitals during the counselor consultation before meeting the director was that they asked and tried to learn a bit more about my current medical conditions. However, in terms of conversation with visiting patients, I thought they should make more effort to break down the wall by empathizing more. I was surprised at first because the director looked young. The explanations were given in a way that was easy to understand. However, in terms of the surgery method, choosing and presenting the optimal method for the patient is correct, but rather than saying that one method is the right answer, I wished they had explained a bit more about why they chose that as the best option among the choices.
