I’m thinking about getting a nose job with dermis, but the price seems a bit high, so I’m torn. The after-surgery photos seem okay, but somehow there isn’t that one thing that really grabs me, which is disappointing It feels decent, but I can’t shake the feeling that something is missing, and that’s disappointing.
