I only had a consultation, and I do not remember the doctor's name well, but they consulted with me in a friendly way and in a manner that was roughly similar to what I was thinking. The hospital was generally clean, but I do not really know what the equipment and facilities are like, so I gave it 3 points. I think I spoke with the doctor directly during the consultation. Since I only had a consultation, I gave the surgery expectation score 3 points.
