Hello~~ I’m planning to get a revision nose surgery, so I want to study and look into it a lot! When you look at rhinoplasty, I don’t like the feeling where the columella looks sharply cut off.. Can this not be corrected through surgery? Is it something you just have to be born with? I’m curious.. Please help~!
