Hello~~ I’m planning to get a revision nose surgery, so I want to study and look into it a lot! When you look at rhinoplasty, I don’t like the feeling where the columella looks sharply cut off.. Can this not be corrected through surgery? Is it something you just have to be born with? ㅠㅠㅠ I’m curious..ㅠ Please help~!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
