A black spot-like discoloration appeared on the tip of my nose. What could it be? At first I thought it was a pimple, but it looks black like a mole, as if there’s bruising inside, so I can’t really do anything about it. It suddenly appeared about a year after I had nasal silicone inserted and removed, so it’s frustrating I have no pain at all.
