The doctor and all the staff were kind. There were lots of reviews, so I could get a sense of what it would feel like before going. The consultation was also thorough and kind. But it felt like they would just do everything I asked for. That can be a good thing, but I wanted to hear the doctor's opinion about my face a bit more, so I felt slightly disappointed. Still, the doctor examined me very carefully, took photos, and we discussed opinions together, so the consultation itself was very kind and good.
