The doctor and all the staff were kind. There were a lot of reviews, so I was able to get a sense of what it would feel like before going. The consultation was also detailed and kind. Still, it felt like they would do everything exactly as I asked. That can be a good thing, but I wanted to hear the doctor’s opinion on my face a bit more, so I felt slightly disappointed. Even so, the doctor looked very carefully, took photos, and we discussed opinions together, so the consultation itself was very kind and good.
