Hmm... I want to talk about what I felt after the consultation. I was satisfied with both the coordinator consultation and the doctor's consultation. The coordinator identified the areas of my face that I was worried about very well, so I felt their professionalism. They also spoke very well. The doctor also emphasized safety and felt professional. Up to this point, everything was good.. I had paid a deposit because I still needed to go get consultations elsewhere, but another place suited me better, so I said I wouldn't do it here and asked for a refund of the deposit.. But the coordinator didn't refund the full amount.. They said a full refund wasn't possible because a surgery date had already been set. There were still 3 weeks until surgery, and at the original consultation they had said they would give a full refund. I didn't want to argue, so I just said okay. I thought that since the coordinator had done such a good job, even if I didn't have surgery there I would go back another time for a procedure, but that feeling disappeared completely. Like the person below wrote, the coordinator ruined the clinic's image.
