Before <forehead reduction scar area>Before <sideburn scar area>Before <before surgery>Before <before surgery>After <after surgery>After <after surgery>While looking at the calendar, I realized it’s already been over a year since I had zygoma reduction, square jaw + V-line surgery (chin tip + muscle tying + cortical osteotomy), and forehead reduction! While preparing for surgery, I found out about this community and got a lot of information, but now that things have settled down and, as time has passed, I have fewer questions, I’ve only been checking in occasionally, and I’m finally leaving a review after a long timeㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Every time this happens, I look back at my pre-surgery photos that I had forgotten about and really feel how much I’ve changed! Thinking back, up until the 6-month mark there were a lot of noticeable changes, and after that, it really felt like the period when the residual swelling, foreign-body sensation inside the mouth, pain, and sensation were returning to normal. The scar areas around the sideburns and hairline have faded so much that you can barely compare them to before surgery, and my daily life is exactly the same as before surgery, so personally I feel like recovery was faster than when I had eye surgery or nose surgery. When I had nose surgery, not being able to breathe was harderㅜㅜ Compared with that, my facial contouring has recovered so well that I sometimes forget I even had surgery. For the forehead reduction I had together with the facial contouring, before surgery I thought there wouldn’t be a big change, but it turned out harmoniously overall, so these days I’m wondering if I’ve ever received this many compliments about being pretty in my life. There are more people around me who are considering facial contouring, but worrying only delays recovery! If you have anything you’re curious about, ask me.
