A while ago I went for a consultation because I didn't know whether I needed facial contouring surgery or liposuction. I had an appointment, but I couldn't meet the director because he was in surgery. The manager was kind, but she lacked expertise so she wasn't helpful. It felt a bit like a neighborhood clinic.
