Before/after Hello, I’m a 26-year-old woman preparing to become a Pilates instructor haha No matter how much Pilates I did, the inner thighs just would not slim down, so although it’s a bit contradictory... I just got liposuction ㅠ...
I was honestly worried because there are so many liposuction side effects.
Thankfully, the surgery went well, and more than anything, aftercare is really important with liposuction..
Even if the surgery goes well, if lumps/fibrosis remain, a lot of people say things like, “I shouldn’t have done it,” or “I regret liposuction”ㅠㅠ
* Looking at other people’s reviews, what they commonly say is that lumps/fibrosis need to be properly loosened within 3 months after liposuction so unevenness doesn’t remain.

As of 11/3
Current My pre-surgery measurement was 58.5 cm, and 4 months after surgery it’s 51 cm, so I lost a total of 7.5 cm!!
I also got a lot of information from this community, so I wanted to help other people too, and I’ll share the aftercare methods I used.
Since I definitely managed it together after liposuction, I like the line and there are almost no lumps/fibrosis, so I feel really relieved.
The methods I used were
1. Wearing a compression garment for one month (more than 5 hours at a time)
2. Doing radiofrequency massage every day
Those were the two methods. When I looked it up, even if fat cells are removed during liposuction, they can form again, so they say you need to take care of it early. The most effective method was radiofrequency.
I’m still job hunting, so I didn’t have the money to get care at the clinic ㅠ To keep managing it at home, I wore the compression garment and massaged as often as possible.
Trust me and make sure you stick to these 2 things. You’ll see the lumps/fibrosis gradually disappear.. yep..
For the radiofrequency massager, I looked for one with certification as much as possible, and the only one with a massage certification was the Ddungbo massager. Even now, I make sure to massage for 30 minutes a day.
When I massage, should I say the hardened lumps/fibrosis gradually loosen?? The softness of the flesh is really different when I do it versus when I don’t.
They said they give a 100% refund if you complete the 99-day Ddungbo Challenge, so I’m still doing it. It saves money and helps reduce lumps/fibrosis too, so it feels like a huge win, and I’m sharing the info.
I’m not sure how long they’ll keep doing it, but I checked a few days ago and it seemed like it was still ongoing.
If you’ve had liposuction, get radiofrequency massage for free yep
