This was the first time I felt like a consultation was truly thinking for the patient. At other places, they would look at my nose and just explain common procedures like using ear cartilage for the septum to raise the tip of the nose, and that would be it, but Dr. Lee Ju-cheol looked closely all the way into my nose and even considered the characteristics of my bones while discussing the options with me. My satisfaction with the consultation was really 1000 percent... What he said about there being limitations to the surgical direction I wanted felt honest and sincere, and I came out of that consultation really moved.
