First, my nose is a bulbous nose with a high bridge and large nostril wings, and my skin is not on the thin side! I had a consultation with Director Kim Gwi-rak at Limited, and since I went with an appointment, there was no separate waiting time. After looking at my nose, he said my nose was long, so he would lift the nasal tip. He suggested using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and silicone for the nasal bridge. He also suggested nostril wing reduction. I had a lot of questions, but he quietly listened to all of them and explained everything. He said my bulbous nose would not be definitely corrected, but it would improve compared with before. He didn’t say things that weren’t true and honestly explained the surgical results realistically, so I liked that it kept me from having unnecessary expectations. He said my nose would be raised by about 2 mm, and since the space between my eyes is narrow, he said he could only raise the nasal bridge a little because my eyes might look too close together. From what I felt, the director seems to pursue naturalness and harmony with the face, and neither the consultant nor the director pressured me at all, so I felt they weren’t the kind of people who just push things for money. If I do it, I want to do it at Limited
