Hehehehehehe my pre-op nose was so blunt that it stressed me out, so I went for rhinoplasty as a 30th birthday present to myself. Implants felt too scary, so I kept insisting on non-implant rhinoplasty no matter what, but every clinic I went to recommended an implant. Even at the place where I had surgery, they said at first that using an implant might look prettier, but if I wanted non-implant and wanted it to look natural, it was possible, so I had the surgery. But what is this... it’s so pretty.... I fixed how blunt it looked from the front and the hump, and only raised the nasal tip. I didn’t get greedy lol, I just wanted to have surgery safely, but it turned out way better than expected, so I’m happy lol. My nose was small and my mouth protrudes a bit, so I think I really saw the effect of rhinoplasty. I gave 30-year-old me a proper gift
