The doctor just glanced at the photos I brought and said, ah, something like this, roughly..... but the staff had a really pretty nose shape, which helped, so I trusted the doctor's sense of aesthetics. In the end, I ended up with a nose that reflected a lot of the doctor's own preferences, and because it is extremely natural, I recommend putting in more than you think. Still, it is natural, and the staff are really kind.
