This was the clinic I chose after visiting four places in person. At the first consultation, we focused on whether to do revision surgery, and they said if it bothered me I could do it, and if not, I did not have to. When I went back for a second consultation after deciding on revision surgery, I brought photos of the nose shape I wanted, as well as nose shapes I liked and disliked. I thought I would not be able to ask everything in words, so I wrote everything down with numbers 1, 2, and so on, and they answered each point in detail. At present, the plan is to remove the silicone, do osteotomy, and lift the nose tip. When they open it up, if the septum is strong enough they will use septum, if not enough then ear cartilage, and if still not enough then donor cartilage, but I asked them to say during surgery that I would rather avoid donor cartilage if possible. In the end, the nose tip was lifted with osteotomy and septum. The surgery took more than an hour and a half. They checked everything carefully until the end.
