While waiting for the director, the consultation manager gave me a brief consultation. They said I had some under-eye fat, and that the fat was pushing outward, loosening the ligament in the under-eye groove. They looked at my eyes briefly and then I consulted with the director. They said just repositioning would be enough, but because after surgery there could be an S-shaped wrinkle on the under-eye area like an Indian line, they also recommended fat grafting. They said I could decide on the fat grafting 6 months after the repositioning surgery. They said the under-eye groove line would disappear and my aegyo-sal would remain. I asked all the other questions I had, and they answered kindly and explained the worried parts well, so I think I will get surgery here.
