While I was waiting for the director, the counseling manager gave me a brief consultation. They said I had some under-eye fat, and that as the fat was pushing outward, the ligament under the eye groove had become loose. After taking a quick look at my eye area, I consulted with the director. They said I could get only fat repositioning, but since after surgery an S-shaped wrinkle like Indian folds could form under the eyes, they also recommended fat grafting. They said I could decide on fat grafting six months after the repositioning surgery. They said the under-eye groove line would disappear and the aegyo-sal would be preserved. I also asked about all the other things I was curious about, and they explained everything kindly and addressed the parts I was worried about well, so I think I’ll get the surgery here.
