There was a separate consultation fee, but I was disappointed that they did not take any bone X-rays and only consulted by visual inspection. I had hoped they would compare cases, but they said it differs from person to person, so it was hard to predict what the result would be. The director was kind, did not push anything, and I trusted the confidence they showed.
