There’s a separate consultation fee, but they don’t take X-rays of the bones separately and only consult by visual examination, so that was disappointing. I wanted to compare cases, but they said it varies from person to person, so it was hard to predict what the result would be. The director was kind, didn’t pressure me, and I did trust how confident he seemed.
